The Credentia Platform allows for an online registration renewal process. Approximately sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of your registry Certificate, you will be sent an email renewal reminder. Credentia allows individuals to:
- Renew their nurse aide registration
- Update their address (during and outside the renewal registration process)
- Initiate name and social security number changes
